for everyone

Filmed on retreat, offered freely

This year Spirit Bright set out to create something lasting: a small collection of guided meditations that anyone, anywhere, could sit with. To do it properly, we brought a film production team from Bangkok out to the retreat in Pak Thong Chai, in Thailand’s Nakhon Ratchasima province.

Over those days on retreat, Monk Srijukled five meditations — each one recorded in the calm of the retreat grounds, unhurried and unscripted. The result is a series that feels less like a production and more like being invited to sit alongside a teacher.

Every one of these meditations is offered free for public distribution and well-being. There is nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for — just press play. Share them with anyone you think might need a quieter moment.

How they work

The Sati + Sabai method

Every meditation in this series uses the same gentle approach — sati (mindful awareness) paired with sabai (ease and comfort). Each session then turns that steadiness toward a different focus.

01

Mantra

Resting the mind on a simple, repeated phrase to quiet mental noise and gently return to the present.

02

Awareness & Comfort

The heart of the method itself — mindful awareness (sati) held together with ease and comfort (sabai).

03

Cultivating Positivity

Gently growing wholesome, uplifting states of mind, and letting them settle and steady the heart.

04

Let It Be — Calm & Contentment

Softening into things just as they are, allowing calm and a quiet contentment to arise on their own.

05

The Practice of Letting Go

Releasing what we hold onto — tension, worry, resistance — and resting in the spaciousness that remains.

Behind the scenes

We really did go and do the work. Here are a few moments from the shoot — Monk Srijuk settling into each session, our Bangkok crew at work, and the whole team together at the retreat.

Sit with us

These meditations are free to watch, keep, and share. If they bring you something, pass them on to someone who could use a little more calm.
